Assistant to the Imo state Governor on Public Affairs Nkiru Sylvanus has been
kidnapped in Owerri, the Imo state capital on Sunday night. It was gathered that Sylvanus was abducted around Concorde hotel Owerri where she had gone for an official engagement.
The kidnappers have also reportedly contacted the Imo State Government asking for a ransom of N100 million before her release.
The Imo state Police PRO, Mr Vitalis Olugu however said he is yet to be informed of the kidnap.
